Introduction

More than simply acting as an intermedairy between buyer and seller on commission basis, we take the full responsibility of the orders granted by our valuable customers. This responsability containes production, financing, inspection and logistics. In some countries like Ukraine, Russia we also provide the goods as customs cleared, after all dueties and VAT paid and collect the money in local currency. So our customers buy from us as if they buy from any local supplier.

Production.

Our organization has few manufacturing activities as printing house in Turkey, peanut processing facility in China and Cocoa powder making facility in Indonesia. Besides of our own facilities we cooperate with subcontractors in few countries like Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, China, Indonesia and Bulgaria.

Financing.

We do not work on commission basis, rather we fully invest on products which are ordered by our valuable customers. We obtain the best buying terms and conditions from subcontractors we deal with, we use our own credit lines and provide better financial sales options to our customers. In countries which we exist like Ukraine and Russia, we do accept payments from our customers in thier local currency so that they buy imported products as if they buy from any local supplier and without worring about fluctuating exchange rates.

Inspection

All orders right after put on process are taken care by our expert stuff. Our experienced experts periodicly visit production, make thier inspections and make amendments if required. At the end of production they accompany the loading of the goods in cooperation with logistics.

Logistics

One of our main objectives is on time delivery. We know that stick by delivery times committed to our customers are cruicial and the most important part of our responsability. So our logistics stuff undertakes such a important roll and take care the lead times and ensures the orders to be received by our customers on time. In some countries which we exist by thanks to our joint-ventures like Ukraine, Russia, Indonesia, Bulgaria we make the customs clearance and take the goods to the door of our customers by thanks to our local logistic capabilities.

Our organization currently carries out its trading activities in fourteen countries and in six countries out of those fourteen it has joint ventures. Those countries are Ukraine (Odessa), Russia (Moscow, Yekaterinburg), Israel (Tel-Aviv), Indonesia (Jakarta), China (Qingdao) and Uzbekistan (Tashkent).

Almost all goods we do sell are custom tailored – private label – goods. Every item we sell meets different specific requirement of our customer. So the products are mostly customer oriented.

Our widely spread organization improves the sourcing capability and brings more quality and competitive solutions to our customers, which makes them always one step ahead.
